Job Title: Executive Assistant & R&D/BD Project Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and ambitious professional at the beginning of their career to take on a hybrid role as an Executive Assistant and R&D/BD Project Manager. This unique position offers an exciting opportunity to gain broad exposure across different facets of the company, providing vital support to our executive team while also driving key projects in research and development (R&D) and business development (BD).
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.
- Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting.
R&D and BD Project Management:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of R&D and BD projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones are met.
- Track project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to the executive team.
- Conduct research and analysis to support BD initiatives, including market analysis, competitive landscape assessments, and identifying potential partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in an administrative role, project management, or a similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Interest in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is a plus.
